The circuit of Cheile Turzii<\/a> and SkyFly via ferrata (iron path)<\/strong> fac parte din categoria celor mai populare activit\u0103\u021bi outdoor \u00een zona mun\u021bilor Apuseni.<\/p>\n

Cheile Turzii alc\u0103tuiesc o arie protejat\u0103 de interes na\u021bional, aflat\u0103 \u00een jude\u021bul Cluj, la o distan\u021b\u0103 de 6 km vest de municipiul Turda \u0219i aproximativ 15 km. sud-est de Cluj-Napoca, de-a lungul v\u0103ii H\u0103\u0219date.<\/p>\n

Canionul, format prin eroziunea calcarului jurasic, are o lungime de 2900 m<\/sup>\u00a0iar pere\u021bii acestuia ating \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 300 m.<\/sup>\u00a0Suprafa\u021ba total\u0103 a canionului este de 324 ha.<\/p>\n

\"cheile<\/a>Cheile Turzii<\/strong> ofer\u0103 un peisaj carstic de o rar\u0103 s\u0103lb\u0103ticie: st\u00e2nci \u00eenalte \u0219i abrupte, creste ascu\u021bite, turnuri de piatr\u0103, v\u00e2lcele pietroase, grohoti\u0219uri, arcade etc. Aici se g\u0103sesc peste 1.000 de specii de plante, animale, fluturi unele reprezent\u00e2nd elemente rare ca usturoiul s\u0103lbatic, acvila de st\u00e2nc\u0103, \u0219og\u00e2r\u021bul de balt\u0103, tisa, scoru\u0219ul, garofi\u021ba alb\u0103, flutura\u0219ul de st\u00e2nc\u0103.<\/p>\n

This trip is going to offer you the opportunity to experiment a via ferrata route (especially, if it’s your first experience), but also some picturesque circuits to enjoy the scenery and the unique flora of the area.<\/p>\n

Traseul \u0219i durata activit\u0103\u021bilor pot fi modificate ca urmare a abilit\u0103\u021bilor membrilor grupului, preferin\u021belor acestora, ori a condi\u021biilor meteorologice nefavorabile.<\/em><\/p>\n

In the morning, I will meet you in the car park located in the front of Cheile Turzii hut. After the initial check of the equipment, we’ll hike along the trail entering into the gorge and following Hasdate river.<\/p>\n

After crossing the river, several times, and admiring the majestic walls on the sides, we reach the entrance into Sky Fly via ferrata: here we put on the climbing harnesses, helmets and via ferrata kits and you’ll receive the safety briefing.<\/p>\n

\"cheile<\/a>The via ferrata route is not a long demanding one, but it offers fabulous views of the gorge and traverses Hili’s cave and its amazing arch. The final part is an easy scrambling just before reaching the Northern shoulder of the gorge and the marked trail that will accompany us during the circuit.<\/p>\n

After a short break on the top, we’ll head off to the West (direction to Petrestii de Jos village) and soon we descend back to the river, where we’ll stop for lunch.
\nIn the afternoon, we’ll hike the Southern shoulder of the gorge and we’ll be back at Cheile Turzii hut for driving to our accommodation.<\/p>
